Over the last 10 years I have been working at Rabobank IT in various roles. The Rabobank has one of the biggest tech departments of the Netherlands consisting of 4000 FTE. It has teached me everything I need to know to run a succesfull IT department.

As IT Lead for the Area Accounts I manage 50 FTE located in the Netherlands & India who develop, maintain and grow Rabo's Payments propositions.
Amongst others I'm responsible for:
>Delivering high quality products in the Payments landscape;
>Growing the department to become best in class;
>Ensuring professional growth in line with the departments' needs;
>Collaborating with product to create an integrated roadmap;
>Putting Security and Continuity on #1, to create the best customer experience;
>Optimizing the Spotify Agile at Scale work model;
>Collaborating with international strategic partners to optimize delivery.
>Main technologies / platform: Java 11, Angular 8, Pivotal Cloud Foundry in combination with Azure / AWS.
Biggest milestones:
>1 mio business customers migrated to the new sales architecture;
>Continuity In Control 2020;
>Architecture migrated to the cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry);
>Databases migrated to the cloud;
>Continuously ranking in the Top 5 of Most Engaged Departments of Rabobank IT (4000 FTE).

Lead product management of Rabo's Payments Propositions. Responsible for the day to day development of Rabobank's payment accounts propositions. Besides that collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a long term strategy and translate this into short term roadmaps for the department.

Managed 80 FTE (across the Netherlands & India) to ensure the development and maintenance of a wide array of current account applications. These current account systems support the core of the Rabobank payments processes and are a vital part of the 7x24 online transaction and information flows. They include the account agreement systems, interest, cost and fee calculation, and the sales and services frontend applications.

As a Project Manager and Coach I managed several projects while transforming teams into Agile DevOps teams. Focusing on the adoption of the Agile values and Scrum way of working.
On a tactical level I was involved in optimizing the entire department, e.g. removing impediments, increase automation, improve the way of working, stabilize continuity, partnerships and strategic sourcing. Explored LeSS and SAFE as scaled Agile frameworks.

>Migrated internal users to the new transaction database.
